- How do you book on the official website?
"On our homepage you will find a section called 'Check availability'. By selecting the dates you are interested in, you will be shown available room types, board basis and prices.
Select your desired check-in and check-out dates.
Number of Guests:
Indicate the amount of adults on the reservation. The maximum amount of guests allowed in an apartment are is 6 (depending on the selected room type).
Once you have selected dates and number of guests, the suitable/available room types will be shown. Just choose the one that best suits your needs.
Board basis and Offers:
At Buendía Corralejo Nohotel you are given the choice between self catering, so you can eat out in the area or in your room from the Food to Go menu, or breakfast which is served from 8am to 12pm so there's no need to get up early!
Packages and Extras:
Along with your reservation, you may select a number of extra services and packages such as pilates, yoga or a healthy premium options.
Once you have clicked on 'Book now', it is important that you review the contact details you have provided, in case that we need to contact you before your arrival.
Once all the fields have been filled in, you can click on the 'Confirm Booking' button to complete your booking. A window will appear indicating that your booking has been successfully made giving you the option to print out your confirmation straight away, or send it to you via email and print it from there.
In order to make a reservation you must provide a credit or debit card number. Depending on the rate you have selected you might be charged a non refundable 50% deposit at the time of your booking (semi-flexible rate) and the rest upon arrival at the hotel. In case of a flexible rate you will be charged the full amount upon arrival at the hotel. Please note that the credit card will only be charged in case of no-show or no cancellation of the reservation 24 hours before your stay.
- What is included in each board basis?
At Buendía you may choose between the accommodation-only option so you can eat out in the area, or you may include the breakfast plan to enjoy a large breakfast at the @Waves Food and Drinks restaurant..
- Is it possible to change the booked board basis?
Yes, it is possible to have your booked board basis changed to remove/add breakfast to your reservation. If you decide to change your plan before your arrival, you will pay a 10€ supplement per night per person or 5€ for children per night per child.
- Where can I receive more information of my booking?
After finishing the booking process you will be sent an email with all the details of your booking and a confirmation number. You may contact our reservations department anytime to have any questions claryfied that might come up by providing your confirmation number. - Are there any restrictions in terms of minimum nights at the hotel?
Yes, the minimum stay may vary depending on dates and availability.
- Is it possible to change or cancel my booking?
Yes, but it depends on your booking rate. If you have booked a flexible rate, you may cancel/modify your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours prior to arrival. If you have booked a non-refundable rate, the 50% or 30% deposit you paid upon booking is non refundable.
- What are the advantages of booking directly on the official website?

- I have a discount code, how do I apply it?
To benefit from offers and promotions you need to enter the code we provided you when you started the booking process.
Just enter the arrival and departure dates on the booking bar and enter the promo code on the 'promotional code' field. By clicking on “check availability” you will automatically be forwarded to the rooms and rates section where you will see the discount applied. Continue as usual with the reservation by selecting the room type and board basis.
- What is the maximum number of guests per apartament?
It depends on the apartment you book. We have apartments that offer space for until 6 poeple.
On the right side of the room type selector you will see the maximum number of people that can be accommodated in a room.
- What is the Be My Guest programme about, how do I subscribe, and how do I get my discount applied?
Once you visit our homepage, you will see a pop up window on the top right corner that invites you to register and receive our latest news and exclusive discounts. You may register in three ways:
1. You can sign up with your already registered data in Google Chrome
2. You can sign up with your facebook profile
3. Or you can access a form where you can fill in your details and create your own account with the password you choose

- Can I book the late check out and is there any extra cost?
Yes, it is subject to availability of the resort and has an additional charge of 40€ per apartment. Ask for it during your stay at Loft.
- Can I add services once I have made the reservation?
Yes, you can add services even if you already have a booking with us.

- If I already have a direct reservation with the hotel and find another cheaper price, will the price be matched?
If you find an lower price once you have made your reservation either on our own website, our Call Center, or on another website, we guarantee that we will match the price:

✔ Add the url and a screenshot where the price and same conditions of your booking are clearly shown
✔ We will process your claim and reply within the next 48 hours

- Does the last day of my booking include breakfast?
Yes, if you booked the bed and breakfast option, breakfast is included on your day of departure. Please note that breakfast is not included on the day of arrival as check-in officially starts at 3pm.
- At what time can I enter the room and what time should I leave it free?
The official check-in time is 3pm. However, if you let us know your scheduled arrival time in advance, we will do our best to give you a room as soon as possible.
Check-out time is 11am. If you want to stay longer in your apartment on the day of your departure, you can contact Loft during your stay to request a late-check out for an extra fee of 40€.
- Are there any parking options?
Yes, Buendía Corralejo offers outdoor parking options.
- Is there wifi in the resort?
Yes, Buendía has free Wi-Fi throughout the whole resort and in all apartments.
- How can I get from the aiport to Buendía Corralejo?
We can organize your private transfer from the airport to Buendía and vice versa. If you would like to book this offer, please contact our LOFT (firstname.lastname@example.org) to consult prices and indicate your flight number, dates and pick-up time at the airport/ hotel.
- Is there a safe in the apartments and what is the charge?
Yes, all apartments are equipped with a safety deposit box (without charge).
- Is it allowed to smoke in the apratments?
Please note that smoking is not allowed in any of the apartments. Smoking is only possible on the private balcony or terrace.
- Can I travel with my pet to Buendía Corralejo?
Pets up to 10 kilos are generally allowed at Buendía upon request. Contact our Loft (email@example.com) to ask your questions regarding your pet and if you can take it with you.
Furthermore, you will have to sign the disclaimer for possible damage to theresort or third parties and pay for the specific cleaning and disinfection at your departure for an extra charge of 30€.
- What is the deposit to pay for at check-in?
Please note that the deposit of 200€ must be paid by check-in as a deposit for the apartment. It can be done in cash or through a credit or debit card (the amount is not charged to the card if there is no defect). This is fully refundable upon check-out and after a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please leave your credit card details at check-in. This serves as a guarantee and deposit. If customers do not wish to leave this data, then we ask for a deposit of 200 euros in cash.
- What does the apartment equipment consist of?
All apartments are equipped with a safe, a kitchen with coffee and tea kettle and toaster as well as amenities, television with international channels, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
- Where can I find all the relevant information about COVID-19?
In order to make you feel just as safe as at home during your holiday, we updated here relevant measures and recent news regarding the COVID-19 pandemic.
- How many pools are there at Buendía?
There are 3 outdoor pools: the main pool, the artificial river with the balinese beds and the children's pool.
- Are the pools heated?
Yes, all pools are heated.
- Are there pool towels available and do I have to pay any deposit?
Yes, we have a free towel service by the pool. Towels are placed in the apartment upon arrival. If you want to change the towel you have to order it at Loft. There is an extra charge for chaning your towels. Request the exact fee at Loft.
- What are the pool opening times?
You can enjoy the pools from 9.00 am to 8.00 pm. The lifeguard is on schedule from 11 am to 5pm.
- How many times a week is the apartment cleaned?
The apartments are cleaned every 7 days (for stays exceeding 8 nights).
